The Kids Director at Legacy Church is responsible for casting vision, building systems, and shepherding the people that make Kids Ministry thrive—from birth through 5th grade. This role combines strategic leadership, pastoral care, and program oversight to create a safe, fun-filled, Christ-centered ministry where every child is known, loved, and led toward Jesus. As the church grows, the Kids Director will develop new leaders, scale systems, and innovate to meet the needs of 300+ kids and over 100 volunteers.
