About Legacy Church

Legacy Church is a non-denominational church in Chandler, Arizona, led by co-lead Pastors Justin and Delicia Hamilton. Since launching in January 2023, we’ve set out to reach the unchurched, the dechurched, and the overchurched, creating a place where people can experience God in an authentic way. Everything we do comes back to one simple motto: Love, Live, and Lead like Jesus.

About the Role

The Creative Project Manager keeps our Creative department running. You’ll own the creative request process from intake through delivery, order and track every printed piece the church produces, execute our recurring communications, and help coordinate our events and experiences. Where the Creative Director sets the direction, you’ll make sure the work actually ships, on time and on brand.

This is an execution role with real ownership. When a request comes in, you’re the one who researches it, communicates the timeline, places the order, and follows it through until it’s in someone’s hands. This position reports to the Creative Director.

What You’ll Do
Creative Request Management
  • Receive, review, and submit creative requests from ministry leaders and staff

  • Research options, pricing, and turnaround times before requests move forward

  • Communicate timelines, decisions, and status updates to requesting ministries

  • Keep the Creative Request Tracker current with accurate dates, owners, and status

  • Flag requests without enough lead time and work with the Creative Director to resolve them

Event Coordination Support
  • Assist in coordinating church-wide events, including Christmas experiences, Snow Day, Homecoming, Easter, Singles Nights, and more

  • Help track event timelines and task lists so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Ensure creative, print, and communication needs for each event are requested early and delivered on time

  • Serve on-site during events, including Sundays and major event days as needed

Print and Production Ordering
  • Order all creative request items, including invite cards, signage, and print materials

  • Coordinate with print vendors on specs, proofs, quantities, and delivery dates

  • Check every proof against our brand standards before approving it for print

  • Track orders through delivery and confirm materials arrive ahead of each event

Recurring Communications
  • Build and send the weekly Monday sermon email, including the sermon study guide

  • Build and send the monthly events email by the last Thursday of each month

  • Keep the Sermon Notes app current each week

What We’re Looking For
  • Highly organized and able to track many open items without letting anything slip

  • Strong follow-through from request to delivery

  • Calm and flexible under pressure, especially on event days

  • Clear written communicator

  • Detail-oriented with proofs, dates, quantities, and brand standards

  • Comfortable with email platforms, website content management, and Planning Center

  • Basic design ability to build simple graphics to brand standards

  • Able to work within an established brand system and deadline structure

Character and Culture Fit
  • An active, growing relationship with Jesus Christ; this is a ministry role, not just a job

  • Full alignment with Legacy Church’s theology, values, and vision

  • Committed to tithing, serving, and being fully present in our church community

  • Coachable, humble, and trustworthy with confidential information

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, church communications, or a similar role

  • Experience helping plan or coordinate events

  • Experience managing vendors and print orders

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and website content management systems

  • Working knowledge of Planning Center

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

Everything we do comes back to one simple motto: Love, Live, and Lead like Jesus.

About the Role

The Co-Worship Director co-leads our Worship department alongside our Worship Director. You’ll partner closely with the Music Director on the musical side, the Production Director on the in-room experience, and the Creative Director on series direction.

This is a shared-leadership role. You’ll lead from the stage and build from behind it, splitting Sunday leadership, rehearsal ownership, and team development with the Worship Director in a clearly defined way. This position reports to the Lead Pastor and leads our volunteer worship leaders, band, and vocalists.

What You’ll Do
Sunday Morning Leadership
  • Lead congregational worship on Sunday mornings as part of the worship leadership team

  • Own Sunday morning rehearsal flow, sound check, and worship team readiness
  • Work with the Production Director on the in-room experience, including lighting, sound, visuals, and stage design
Worship Team Development
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a rotating team of volunteer worship leaders and vocalists
  • Co-lead weekly rehearsals with the Worship Director, Music Director, and worship team
  • Coach and give feedback that raises the level of the whole worship ministry
  • Work with the Music Director on arrangements, keys, and song selection
  • Build a team culture of prayer, excellence, and unity
Shared Department Leadership
  • Co-own the Worship department with the Worship Director through a clearly defined split of responsibilities
  • Keep worship schedules, song libraries, and service plans current in Planning Center
  • Take part in service planning and creative alignment meetings with church leadership
  • Partner with the Creative Director so worship, series direction, and in-room aesthetic tell one consistent story
What We’re Looking For
  • Gifted worship leader with experience leading congregations of 500+
  • Strong musicianship, including vocal ability, an ear for arrangement, and confident key and song selection
  • Clear communicator who can share vision with musicians, volunteers, and staff
  • Highly collaborative and energized by shared leadership rather than sole ownership
  • Proven ability to raise up volunteer leaders
  • Organized and self-directed, able to manage rehearsals, scheduling, and planning at the same time
  • Comfortable with Planning Center and similar worship planning tools
Character and Culture Fit
  • An active, growing relationship with Jesus Christ; this is a ministry role, not just a job
  • Full alignment with Legacy Church’s theology, values, and vision
  • Committed to tithing, serving, and being fully present in our church community
  • Coachable, humble, and trustworthy with confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in worship ministry at a mid-to-large church
  • Ability to play an instrument
  • Experience leading and developing volunteer teams

  • Run paid digital ad campaigns for church growth and event promotion
  • Track and report on reach, engagement, and first-time visit conversion
  • Manage the marketing budget with the Executive Pastor of Operations and the Asst. Director of Operations
Overchurched Podcast
  • Oversee the Overchurched Podcast so it stays consistent, keeps growing, and stays on brand
  • Set standards with the Podcast Team Lead for production quality, content calendar, and release schedule
  • Collaborate with leadership on episode topics, guests, and messaging direction

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools
